Tuition and Refund Policy

  • Tuition is payable weekly in advance and is due each Monday.
  • A $20 late fee will be added to the weekly payment if not paid by the following Monday.
  • A $30 fee is charged for any returned checks.
  • A $10 fee will be charged each 15 minutes for children picked up after 5:30 p.m.
  • The center must be notified when children will be absent.
  • Failure to pay in a timely manner will result in termination of childcare services.
  • A Termination of Services Warning will be issued if payments are 2 weeks past due.
  • The child may be withdrawn from our center if payments are past due.
  • Outstanding balances that remain 60 days after termination of childcare services will be referred to a collection service. You will be responsible for any additional            collection service charges or legal fees associated with settling the account.
  • Fees cover most basic supplies and food. Parents of infants must supply diapers, formula, changing needs and baby food. 
  • Payments may be paid by check or online at  with debit or credit card.  The Center will NOT accept cash.
  • Tuition fees will be due and payable for scheduled days absent due to illness, personal days and for days that fall on our closed holidays.
  • Your account will be credited for days closed due to inclement weather.
  • No refunds will be issued for days absent.
  • Upon withdrawal from our program a refund will be issued for accounts with a credit balance.
